Early tickets for new Paul McCartney concert dates go on sale

Members of Paul McCartney's website were informed today that they had the opportunity to get tickets for McCartney's upcoming On the Run Tour shows in North America starting today.

The four new dates, two in the U.S. and two in Canada announced last week, are Nov. 11 at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis, Nov. 14 at Minute Maid Park in Houston, Nov. 25 at BC Place in Vancouver and Nov. 28 at Rexall Place in Edmonton.

The presales for the shows in St. Louis and Houston begin at noon local time Tuesday. The pre-sale tickets are available through Paul McCartney's website. Presale tickets for the Vancouver and Edmonton shows will be available at the same ticket link beginning at 1 p.m. local time Wednesday.

The Houston show will be his first in the city in nearly seven years. He hadn't played St. Louis since 2002. The Vancouver show will be his first there since the Beatles played the city in 1966. And his visit to Edmonton will be his first.
