Signed and framed copies of Mind Games and London Town are being auctioned on Charity Stars


Signed and framed copy of Lennon's 1973 solo album, Mind Games, is on auction with proceeds going to a young people's charity

John Lennon and Sir Paul McCartney signed albums are on auction with proceeds going to a charity which deters youngsters from crime.

Mind Games, Lennon’s 1973 solo album, is signed by the Liverpool legend - shot dead in New York in 1980.

Former Beatles bandmate, McCartney signed a copy of London Town, recorded by the guitarist’s Wings band in 1978.

The cover of London Town, featuring number one track With a Little Luck, is also signed by Linda McCartney who died from breast cancer in 1998.

Both albums are on auction on Charity Stars with part of the proceeds going to A-Star charity which aims to discourage young people from turning to drug and gun crime.

The current minimum bid for London Town stands at £100 with auction bids for the Lennon signed and framed Mind Games starting at £250, tonight.



Bidding for both lots will finish on October 27.
