McCartney 'New' news: Taking it to the streets; Best Buy, Walmart exclusives

Paul McCartney fans on the streets of New York are seeing a familiar sight – the logo for McCartney's “New” album on sidewalks, New York Rock Culture Examiner Jeff Slate told us Sept. 14. It goes along with the social media promotion being used for “New.”
This might have something to do with what was posted on the McCartney website: “Seeing as the new album will be called 'NEW', I am inviting you all to post your pictures to Instagram using the hashtag #whatsnewpaul anytime you see the word new on the street or in a magazine or wherever. To start the ball rolling I've done a couple myself which you can check out below, and I look forward to seeing the most inventive ones that you send in. Cheers Paul.”
There hasn't been a lot of responses on Instagram just yet.

ANOTHER “NEW” VERSION:
There are no details as to what it will be “exclusive” about it, but Best Buy is listing an “exclusive” version of “New.” You'll recall they did an exclusive for "Wings Over America." Walmart also has it's own exclusive, the deluxe edition with 15 tracks, adding "Turned Out," "Scared" and "Get Me Out of Here," matching the version from Amazon in France. (Thanks to Roger Stormo.)
