Peter Frampton has revealed that he’s contributing his talents to Ringo Starr‘s next solo album. On his official Facebook page Tuesday, Frampton posted a photo of him and the former Beatles drummer smiling and flashing peace signs.

Attached to the pic was a note that reads, “Had a great day at Ringo Starr’s yesterday writing and playing [guitar]. Heard some great tracks from his next album. There’s a killer one he wrote with [Richard Marx]. Peace & Love to you all!”

Starr posted the same photo on his Facebook page, along with the message, “Back in the studio with the great Peter Frampton. Thanks for the great day, Pete. Peace and love.”

Frampton and Marx also were featured on Ringo’s previous album, 2015’s Postcards from Paradise. Peter and Richard both played guitar on the record, while Marx also contributed backing vocals and co-wrote two songs with Starr — “Right Side of the Road” and “Not Looking Back.”

No word yet when Starr’s next album will be released.

Next up for Frampton is a March 13 performance on the ’70s Rock & Romance Cruise, followed by a new U.S. acoustic tour leg running from March 24 to April 12. Then, on June 15, Peter will embark on a lengthy joint trek with the Steve Miller Band. Visit Frampton.com for his full itinerary.
