On December 21st, come together and sing John Lennon's "Imagine" at the very moment Yoko Ono's new video IMAGINE PEACE lights up sixteen Times Square billboards at 11:57pm. Good News video of the closing evening in final editting, stay tuned. Thanks, Yoko what a special event for the world. 12/28/12

IMAGINE PEACE is Yoko Ono's worldwide initiative of anti-violence. In the film, the words "Imagine Peace" are written in 24 languages set over the tranquil imagery of a blue-sky background. The piece has been transformed into a multi-channel work specifically for Times Square, and spreads the message of peace across Times Square's monumental screens simultaneously.

Tonight, 30th Dec 2012 at 11:57pm is the last chance to see my film IMAGINE PEACE play in Times Square NYC.

Special thanks to Art Production Fund, Times Square Alliance, Times Square Advertising Coalition & Times Square Arts for allowing us to play the film all through December.

Thankyou to all the screen providers and technicians that made it possible, especially Established.

And a special thankyou to Make Music New York for helping to co-ordinate such a wonderful event on Dec 21st to show us all that the world was not coming to an end, but entering a new beginning in a world of PEACE.

Yes, PEACE! No more violence! No more war!

Can we do that? I think we are already getting there...

The event in Times Square seemed like a different country from where the most recent tragedy happened.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.

It's Time for action.
And the action is Peace.

Think Peace. Act Peace. Spread Peace.
IMAGINE PEACE.

Happy New Year. Let's hope it's a good one without any fear.

WAR IS OVER, if you want it.

I love you!

love, yoko
