He first decided to embrace his natural mane in September of last year. 

And Paul McCartney, 76, continued to rock his silver locks as he stepped out in London on Friday.  

The former Beatles icon, who ditched the dye for good last year, looked in high spirits as he enjoyed a casual outing.

Paul has been embracing a more natural look after first deciding to go grey gracefully last September.

And emerging in the British capital, the Let It Be hitmaker made a stylish statement as he shielded himself from the chilly weather with a chic black coat with a red collar. 

He teamed the look with black trousers and comfortable trainers as he emerged with a shopping bag on his arm.

After taking the first couple months of 2019 off, Paul is set to have a busy spring and early summer.

The former Wings frontman last played live back on December 16 during a show at London's O2 Arena.

He is next set to head to South America for five shows taking place in Chile, Argentina, and Brazil.

He will then head north in May for shows across the United States. 

The North American leg of his tour will begin on May 23 in New Orleans and feature 14 dates.

The tour is currently set to come to an end on July 13 at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles.
