Sir Paul McCartney's Cavern Club gig will be remembered for a number of reasons - the atmosphere, nostalgia and timeless classics.
But, how did Sir Paul celebrate his second ever performance at the venue since his Beatles days?
Well, he chose to visit Wirral restaurant Burnt Truffle, which is known predominately for its meat selection.
The restaurant owned by Gary Usher , created a bespoke vegetarian menu on request for the former Beatles star and entourage.

Gary said: "We were honoured to welcome Paul McCartney and his party to Burnt after his Cavern Club gig.
"He was so lovely to all the staff and it really made their week.
"We’re always happy to accommodate requests from any guests so creating a bespoke, vegetarian menu was no problem at all.

"We hope he enjoyed it and we’d love to have him come and see us again."
Sir Paul and his party started of the night with cocktail 'Cause to Celebrate' which includes Causes & Cures vermouth, prosecco, olive, orange.
Definitely a fitting drink!
This was served alongside freshly baked sourdough, truffle and walnut butter; beer battered salt pickles, tarragon and parsley mayonnaise and Bella di Cerignola olives.

For starters, Sir Paul was served new season courgette soup, basil pesto, fresh sourdough; whole roasted carrot, Colston Bassett stilton, dukka spice and barrel aged feta, cucumber, red onion and tomato salad.
Moving onto mains, head chef Scott Griffiths produced fresh linguine, peas, broad beans, herb crumb; pan roasted cauliflower, butterbean mash, salted lemon and green chili dressing, toasted almonds and salt baked celeriac, goats curd mousse, sorrel pesto, herb crumb.
As a side, it seems like Sir Paul couldn't resist a few chips, reminiscent of his O2 Academy gig when he booked a fish and chip van as he ordered hand cut truffle and parmesan chips; honey roast carrots and spring greens, roasted hazelnuts.
But of course, he couldn't miss dessert and it seems like he has quite the sweet tooth as he ate hot chocolate pudding, honeycomb ice cream; profiteroles, salted caramel sauce and tiramisu.
To finish, Sir Paul drank an Americano coffee with homemade sweets.
Whilst this was definitely a feast fit for a king, Sir Paul had wowed the crowds with his vibrant energy, so this meal was truly deserved.
